InactiveThat is a very impressive, tight list there SnapOn for sure! Not taking away from – but expanding it – to top 15 with these names that should be on top wrestlers in the state list:
DeSilva – Collins Hill
Statia- Jefferson
Formato- Allatoona
Stonecheck – Buford
Ashton – Buford
Potts, Morrisey, Lee, Forrester, Peter M., Key, Knight, Bozonian, Krug, Wilder, Pedraza, Whitmire; & Key also. These are the hardcore names you can take to any tournament in the USA and will represent GA well.Ricky

InactiveWe could also add Forrester, Paul Robinson, Braden Johnson, Tripp Breeden, Seven Richards, Ian Statia- The list can go on and on of deserving kids. Top 10 is hard to do. Ask yourself who you would replace? It’s not an easy thing to compile.

InactiveOnly comment here is you have Eller listed here, but 2nd behind Forrester at 160 all class. Need to adjust that.

InactiveEller beat Darracott at Super 32 qualifier at Union Grove.
The rankings are nice to look at but are pretty subjective. Every name mentioned have quality achievements.
Eller is 101-0 in GHSA with 2 state titles. 100 of the 101 wins are bonus points. He won the Super 32 qualifier the past two years defeating DeSilva (2016), Formato and Darracott (2017); won USAW Preseason Nationals at Northern Iowa and was a Fargo All-American (2017).
I guess I could add that he won a very deep Buford Takedown Invitational that had 4 state champions in the bracket (3 of them won GHSA state titles Saturday an another wrestler who won GHSA state title in 4A.
I choose to highlight one athlete’s accomplishment without diminishing anyone else.

InactiveYes, Eller is great but he also did get beat in a summer tournament last year and I don’t hold that against him. Proves my argument on another post on this site. He has some very impressive wins. I am looking forward to seeing how he does as a Junior at Fargo and at Super 32. That will be a great indicator of just how good he is. I think the kid could be a huge D1 recruit. Excited to see his results this summer.
