Let me start out by saying I’ve never responded to any post on this forum directed at me. Whether you love me or hate me is irrelevant. Posts about me as a coach or feelings about my wrestling career also irrelevant. I’d be a fool to let the comments of people who have not spent 5 minutes to have a conversation with me affect my life for half a second. I’m extremely confident in who I am and what I’ve done as an athlete in this sport and as a coach. You may not agree with the things I do or the way I coach but everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Thats whats great about this country. Freedom of speech is a constitutional right so say anything you want about me to anyone that will listen. But here’s the thing, I’m an adult. You “heavy hands” are a coward! A spineless, gutless lowlife who decided to hide behind your laptop and attack a kid. A kid, who I’ve never heard another person associated with wrestling say one negative thing about. A kid, who has a 4.0 GPA in all AP classes. A kid, who is one of the hardest working humans I’ve ever seen in my life. A kid, who is a 3 Time State Champion, A 3 Time NHSCA All-American, A Super 32 All-American and A Cadet UWW All-American. He was also ranked as high as 8th in the country last year and has committed to wrestle at the University of Northern Iowa. You don’t know a thing about him, yet you took it upon yourself to attack him on a public forum because you’re a scumbag. Maybe its your dislike for me, that got you all fired up and feeling big and brave behind your laptop to seek out a kid to bash on a public forum. Maybe you felt like you were exercising your constitutional right. Those same rights afforded to you by the brave men like the kid’s father who served this country to give cowards like you freedom to hide behind your computer. Like I said before you don’t know a thing about this kid, besides the 4-5 matches of his you were lucky enough officiate. However, we know a lot about you. And very soon a lot more people will too. In the event you would like to have a discussion about this kid or any other kid on my team face to face I would be happy to accommodate you. The next time you want to bash a kid or a team, make sure one of the kids dads from that team didn’t create the forum you’re running your mouth on. I hope that you “Heavy Hands” are not really an official. If you are, you are a disgrace to the good ones. You have no business having any hand in the outcome of a wrestling match, especially at the state tournament! I hope you are turned in to the GHSA and you never officiate again. This sport doesn’t need people like you!
