Gilmer Bobcat 2-n-1 Invitational
Middle School Wrestling Tournament

When: Saturday, November 17th 2018

Where: Clear Creek MS – 346 Clear Creek School Drive Ellijay, GA 30536

Format: We plan to run two separate tournaments at the same time
on 4 mats. There will be both an “A” team championship and
a “B” team championship. Only one entry per team for the
“A” team championship. One entry per team for the “B”
team championship, unless a team chooses to add an
additional entry (note entry fee costs).

Entry Fee: $250 per team for 1 entry into the “A” team championship,
and 1 entry into the “B” team championship. Teams may
add 1 additional wrestler into each of the weight classes
of the “B” team championship ONLY at a cost of $10 per
per wrestler. (Make checks payable to Gilmer Middle Takedown Club)

Wt Classes: 72, 79, 86, 94, 102, 110, 118, 125, 132, 139, 147, 155,
165,180, 210, 275

Weigh-ins: 7:30am-8:00am – ALL “A” team wrestlers will weigh-in. “B” team wrestlers
will be on the honor system.

Coaches Meeting Coaches meeting will be held at 8:15am. ONLY seeding criteria
will be to separate TGA Kid’s State Placers if there are any in a
weight class. Scratches as a result of no shows or not making
weight becomes a forfeit. Wrestling will begin at approx 9am.

Awards: Medals will be awarded for 1-3 place for both “A” and “B” divisions
Trophies will be awarded to top 4 teams.

Hospitality room will be provided
