InactiveHere are MY final top 5 rankings. I get it that I left several State Champions off the list. I also understand that I ranked some runner-ups. In two cases (113 and 220) I ranked wrestlers who finished third in their state tournament.
145 was the toughest weight for me to rank. I am going to get killed for ranking Lucas so low. The three in front of him are pretty good so 4th in that weight is saying something.
195 was the weakest weight in all classification IMO.
285 is actually pretty deep as I left off a couple pretty good ones.106

InactiveLove that you take them me to do this. But it’s hard when you can’t see all head to head this year.
Morrisey pinned Farber twice this year. Once at 145 in December and once at 138 the week before Area.February 12, 2018 at 3:46 am #9943Anonymous
InactivePump the breaks, I am trying to edit 145.

InactiveColton Woods has wins this season over your #4 132lb and #4 138 …. last season win over your #1 138. He made the single A top 5 on the other board LMAO 😉

InactiveAwesome. That and $5.25will get you a small coke in Macon next year. I don’t care about a win over someone in a different weight class, especially over someone that goes into OT with just about everyone. Coon beat Snider today, you want to make a bet he does it again at Nationals?
Feel free to compile your own rankings. You can then put your son #1 at 132, 138 and 145. As for mine, I’m leaving them as is.

Inactiveyet you had never heard of Farber a week ago and this morning had him at #1 and then slid him on down. BTW, No OT, same weight class a month ago … LOL on the $5.25, they must give you some of “press privilege” for your expert commentary if that’s all it cost you at the gate
And Disario is #1 at 126 and Hunt is #1 at 132lb ALL day, EVERY day.February 12, 2018 at 4:40 am #9953Anonymous
InactiveGotcha, that’s about right on Soft drink!

InactiveGreat and fair rankings. I would bump eller bellow Cochran. I feel Eller is a great wrestlers but will get exposed to not be as good as we thought when he faces tough national competition this summer.
February 12, 2018 at 5:04 am #9955Yeah, um, Eller is a Fargo All-American, Cadet Duals All-Tourney team member, and a former Tulsa Nationals Champ.
If that doesn’t qualify as tough national competition, I dunno what does.

InactiveWoods- again feel free to make your own rankings. As for Farber, I did know who he was, just didn’t remember his name. Watched him dominate last years state tournament and thought “where did this kid come from”. There were just a few names at 138 so I left him off initially. As for my expert commentary- what would we talk about on this board if it weren’t for guys like me giving their opinion. You don’t agree with MY rankings, start your own. I promise you this is way harder than you think.

InactiveForrester is a beast but Eller is a Wrestler, No way Eller he is not #1.
February 12, 2018 at 2:19 pm #9968Anonymous
InactiveRankings are subjective. I understand the lovefest for Eller but it is possible he could lose to Forrester and Cochran.

InactiveSnap- I know it’s tough and wouldn’t know where to start. I appreciate the effort you and others put forth in doing this and I enjoy it. Don’t take offence at me getting a little offended- 🙂

InactiveThen you need to put Forrester over Eller in your P4P RANKING. Doesnt make sense.
